Shipping & Production Time

Production time (time to print and package your item) is usually 3 days after the order has been placed.
Standard shipping times to your destination are live on the site when you type in your address and usually 2-3 business days in Australia and 1-6 business days worldwide.
So the estimated total time to your door is from 5 – 10 work days.

Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products or they are faulty or damaged on arrival we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution. We just require a genuine reason and accompanying photos of damaged products or inferior printing.
As many of the items are personalised by you, there will be no refunds if you:-
– change your mind
– spelling mistakes of names and wording after you viewed and approved a proof of the finished personlised product
– you made a mistake in the size of a garment after viewing the size charts provided on the product pages.
Thank you for your understanding
If your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty please contact Hush the Moon within 14 days with a photo of the outside parcel and the damaged/faulty items with your order number and I will organise to have my POD Team investigate the matter for you to reach an amicable solution. If your claim is validated by the quality assurance team, Hush the Moon will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order to you as quickly as possible.
We’d much rather fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure you’re happy with your order rather than a refund.  If that’s not possible or you can’t wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to Hush the Moon who will organise a refund for you.
